Arrowhead has put out a new trailer for Magicka: The Stars Are Left, a DLC for the fantastically fun game, Magicka.
The trailer takes on the form of a film noir, as a wizard in red—as opposed to a woman in red—walks down a dark, rainy street, trailed by another wizard. It's more than a little odd, and certainly compelling, to say the least.
The DLC takes place in a strange, Lovecraftian setting rife with references to Cthulhu and the darkness its unleashed upon the world. In addition to the new adventure, the DLC also includes new challenge maps, robes, bosses, achievements, enemies, and several new items and magicks for players to cast.
Magicka: The Stars Are Left will be available on Steam and other online stores soon for a meagre $4.99. The release of the DLC comes hot on the heels of the recently released free update, which overhauled the game's engine which added a much-needed fairy that revives you in the single player campaign.
