Kingdom Hearts 2 came out in 2005 in Japan, 2006 in the US/EU. For those of us old enough to be so super-excited for that release it has been a long 5+ years, half a decade filled with spin-off after spin-off and Kingdom Hearts 3D, a single letter from the game we've all been waiting for, is a horrible tease.
We'll buy it anyway and we'll probably quite enjoy it. Thanks Square.
Next week in Famitsu, the teasing continues with a promise of new information, a feature detailing some of the new worlds that we'll be exploring. This is one of those games that I bought a 3DS for and it'll be one that I buy almost immediately, so taking in every single piece of information released seems like my duty.
No exact release date, but expect Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance in 2012.
