A blurry scan of GameStop's Black Friday circular has hit the Web, apparently confirming that North America will be receiving the Special Edition Legend of Zelda 3DS Bundle in time for the holidays. As you can see from the below scan, the bundle includes a copy of Ocarina of Time 3D and a special black 3DS decorated with Zelda iconography.
Prior to today, the special edition handheld had only been announced for release in Europe. While neither GameStop nor Nintendo has issued official confirmation, this ad does seem to indicate that the bundle will be hitting stateside as well.
The European announcement came with a listed release date of November 25. That's the day after Thanksgiving, also known as Black Friday, the largest North American shopping day of the year. That's a curious choice for Europe, which has its own shopping holidays. That rather specific timing lends credence to the possibility that this leaked circular is the real deal.
Nintendo has announced handheld bundles at the last minute for the past two years in a row, so we might have to wait until a few days before Thanksgiving to get any sort of official statement.
