Modern Warfare 3 is just about the hottest game on the market right now. Some gamers may not enjoy it, but there's no denying the the fact of its sales. Still, because of the game's sheer popularity, not every one is going to be able to get their hands on the game on day one.
When posed with this fact, any sane person would simply attempt to buy the game elsewhere. Failing that, placing the game on back-order and waiting a few more days would be the reasonable thing to do.
Unless your name is Lomorin Sar, who threatened to blow up a Best Buy in Aurora, Colorado, when they ran out of stock for the game.
Witnesses told police Sar became angry and irate with the customer service desk shortly after midnight on Tuesday after they told him the video game he allegedly pre-ordered earlier in the day was no longer in stock. Witnesses say Sar threatened store workers, asking when they were leaving and allegedly saying he would shoot them in the parking lot. Sar allegedly also told employees he would blow up the store.
Good times. With Sar undoubtedly destined to be locked in a jail cell, it'll be awhile before he actually gets to play the game. He should've thought about that before making those threats.
