Remember when Back to the Future and Jurassic Park were announced? I remember being so excited that I skimmed over the press release, got in touch with a friend and told them Traveller's Tales had got the rights and would be making lego games. It was a big deal for a 90s kid, a big deal for any fan of film.
With Back to the Future out of the way, we're now getting close to the release of Jurassic Park – November 15th or a little after, depending on location and console preference – and with that release there'll be a whole load of dinosaur based action. Unless you live in Europe and have nothing but a 360, as the game won't be being published here until next year, hopefully as early as possible.
This was confirmed by Sixteen60, a member of the Telltale team, on the official Telltale forums.
"Europe is a big deal to us so we're working hard to have the game out on PSN in Europe on the same day as here in North America. We'll be able to confirm that soon hopefully.
"As for Xbox 360, we are not a European publisher i.e., we don't have a European office. That means that we need a publishing partner over there to get the game out to you. The good news is that we'll be able to make an announcement on that soon. So, while we won't be able to get the 360 version to you before the end of the year, we'll do everything that we can to get it to you as soon as possible."
Of course, the 360 version of the game is on disk, so arguably you're getting the most complete version of the game. If all you're worried about is getting in at the ground floor and following the episodic content, it's probably worth you tuning up your PC and getting ready for download.
