In conversation with NowGamer, Rocksteady's Dax Ginn has given out a few more details about the Catwoman portions of upcoming Arkham City.
"She has a much more intimate connection with the world in that she has to climb up the side of buildings, crawl along rooftops, so she kind of feels like an alley cat in that respect," "She’s got her own gadgets, so she uses bolas and caltrops, as well as her signature whip.
"Catwoman accounts for about 10 per cent of the game," confirmed Ginn. "So it’s still a Batman game, but when you play as Catwoman, you’re pursuing her agenda within Arkham City, which is a criminal agenda."
This after the news that the Catwoman levels are to be removed if you fail to buy a new copy of the game, a decision that has split potential buyers. Personally, I just can't get my head around how a developer could possibly think removing story elements is a fair trade-off against those that buy used.
