Two new stills have appeared from the upcoming Assassin's Creed movie, thanks to Empire Magazine.
The first shows Michael Fassbender as 15th century Spanish Assassin Aguilar, while the second depicts him as Aguilar's modern day descendant Callum Lynch, who's clearly either a prisoner or an inmate in some kind of institution. Lynch is kidnapped by Abstergo Industries and forced to use the Animus to relive his ancestral memories, like Desmond Miles in the games.
A third image was recently revealed by Entertainment Weekly.
Fassbender has said he had not played the games before signing on for the project but has since done so in order to "get an idea of the physicality of the character".
In the movie he's reunited with Marion Cotillard and director Justin Kurzel, both of whom he worked with in the recent Macbeth. Jeremy Iron and Brendan Gleeson have also been cast in the movie.
