Indie games are great if you love experimental artwork. One of this week’s releases, Red Game Without a Great Name, has some especially intriguing art that’s reminiscent of Playdead’s Limbo. The title doesn’t exactly tell you what it is, but at least it looks cool, right?
According to MichaÅ‚ Mielcarek of iFun4all, “Red Game Without a Great Name was always aimed at more hardcore players – gamers who can appreciate a challenge.” The basics are simple, but the gameplay is hard. “Imagine that everything might kill you in this game – starting with traps, like barbed wire or spikes, and ending with the camera that scrolls at its own pace leaving you with less time to decide on your next move.”
And it’s not just a one-off – there are 60 total levels to play through before you beat the game. For a detailed look, check out the below trailer.
