This War of Mine developer 11 bit Studios have released the modding tools for the game, allowing players to create their own scenarios, items, weapons, crafting recipes, events, and more in the game.
The modding suite is even more advanced than the stuff they released previously, as players will even be able to add their own custom sounds and music for dialog and so forth

The modding suite is available for the PC and is a part of the game's 2.0 update. More tools are on the way.
