If you're in the Overwatch beta, you'll want to get as much mileage out of the game as you can before it goes offline in just a few days.
Beginning Thursday, December 10 at 9:00am PST, the servers will go offline.
The studio says that for all the time the Beta has been up, over 900,000 matches have been played and that they've gathered invaluable information about their servers, matchmaking, and overall map and hero balance based on raw data collected from the game as well as player feedback.
Blizzard says it will be taking the servers off for a month to analyze the data they have and implement that knowledge into the game. They will be developing improvements as well as continuing to work on new features like spectating and progression systems.
The servers will be back up in mid-to-late January and those who already have access to the game will be able to resume playing it once it comes back on next year.
