Coming into this downloadable package are three new game modes: Freeze tag, Hail to the King, also known as Free-for-All, and Hot Potato, the controversial (in some circles) mode in which the winner is the guy who “holds the babe the longest”.
There are also four multiplayer maps, each sporting its very own brand-new weapon and a small reference. Give each of them a guess. First you've got "Call of Duke," with the map-spamming N00b T00b; "Inferno," a "hellish landscape of lava and teleporters," not to mention a shiny new DFG; "Sandpit," a giant sandbox with bases and sticky bombs, and "2Forts1Bridge," which comes complete with a mini-gun.
Now that every ounce of “originality” has dropped from Duke’s spinning corpse, we ought to close off his grave and proclaim that this DLC is going to come out on October 11th on Xbox Live for 800 Microsoft points or $9.99 on the Play Station Network and Steam.
