One Internet Hero Made A Gigantic Mario Billboard In Fallout 4

November 18, 2015 by Olga Lexell

You’re going to want to look at this.

Perhaps taking a cue from yesterday’s Porygon 2 creation, Redditor /u/taylortob posted detailed screenshots of their giant Mario billboard. Nintendo characters seem to be the most popular billboard choice so far.

The billboard required a ton of power; this looks to be an array of about 25 or so generators. We would consider that a great use of resources. Entertainment is a basic necessity!

All connected through here.

The player did say that a texture error interfered with the lighting.

But we don’t think that makes this piece any less incredible.

Just look at that thing glowing in the distance. This counts as fair use, right?

If any readers have some of their own lightbox pieces they want to share, please feel free to link in the comments.

If you like that explainer, take a look at some of our other Fallout 4 gameplay guides too: increasing inventory space, changing your field of view, skipping the intro video, unlocking frame rate, which settings to turn on or off, basic and advanced console commands, and disabling mouse acceleration.

And if you haven’t played the game yet, what are you waiting for? Here’s our review.
