Eidos and Square Enix have shared a new video detailing what it’s like to be Lara Croft in Rise of the Tomb Raider, but in a unique way.
Woman vs Wild is a seeming sendoff of the Discovery Channel series that starred Bear Grylls, but it’s a lot more straightforward than that.
The trailer describes much of the game’s setting, including what environments and situations she will be encountering, and unfortunately, also some plot details. If you weren’t up for spoilers, this trailer’s not for you.
The good thing is it gives you a fairly good idea of what to expect from the game, and what you can expect you will be able to do with Lara. Without giving too much away, the change in settings will be precipitated by you, as you have to meet certain objectives to move forward narratively, as well as in the in-game world.
Rise of The Tomb Raider will be released for Xbox 360 and Xbox One in November 2015, Microsoft Windows in early 2016, and for PlayStation 4 in late 2016. Click on the trailer above if you don’t mind spoilers.
