H1Z1's latest update has introduced a range of new features to game, including the first female zombie.
The undead woman is voiced by Twitch streamer LegendaryLea and you can see a behind-the-scenes video of her recording work above.
Also included in the update is Kurama Medical, "a unique facility with various content loops that span its interior and exterior." Players will find supplies and medicines at the site, and be able to discover what happened to the survivors who sought refuge in the hospital before it was overrun and abandoned.
Unlocking these secrets will also yield useful items which can be deployed to help you avoid the fate of those caught within.
Players will also be able to use ATVs to explore the game world but using such exposed transportation is said to be a rather dangerous proposition.
Rounding out the update are additional methods for acquiring new items in the game. Bundling items is now possible through the Item Exchange System, and will allow you to trade what you have for rare goods, some of which cannot be found any other way.
New ghillie suits and skins can be picked up from the new Mercenary Crate.
