Fans of cosy role-playing life sim My Time At Portia will be excited to get their hands on the second entry into the franchise that’s now ready. My Time At Sandrock, the next iteration of the My Time series from Pathea Games, has recently landed on PC via Steam Early Access and the Epic Games Store.
My Time At Sandrock builds upon the popular formula put in place by its predecessor by giving players the opportunity to start a new life in a struggling city-state that needs their building skills to help breathe life back into things. Sandrock itself is described as “a once glorious city-state now struggling for survival against the harsh economic and environmental realities of its desert-bound location.” It’ll be up to players to use their skills to restore the town’s former glory through the construction of a number of public sector projects, as well as taking time to learn new crafting skills and get to know your new neighbours, of course.
The game will feature around 40 new NPCs for players to befriend and carry out work projects for, as well as an overhauled action-RPG combat system featuring melee and third-person shooting mechanics, for those who want to get into some fighting action. Check out the trailer right here.
Yang, the brand manager of My Time At Sandrock, elaborated on how the game improves upon the success of My Time At Portia.
