Red Hook Studios recently released a huge update for Darkest Dungeon, their roguelike/RPG/tactics game for the PC.
As we previously noted, new update added a region called The Cove, an aquatic-themed location inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft. Surely enough, it's filled with creatures from the deep, adding 7 new monster classes and two hideously stressful bosses called the Siren and the Drowned Crew. There's even a host of new curios for characters to equip, should they be lucky enough to find them.
In addition to the new content, the update features a lot of rebalancing for the game's trinkets, over 100 new narration lines, streamlined combat flow, and new corpse art specific to each monster.
