Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Review Roundup

October 1, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

What everyone’s saying about Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is now available for the PlayStation 4, and brings with it some much-needed graphical improvements to the original trilogy for Sony's newest console.

The game bundle includes all three Uncharted games except for the one released for the PlayStation Vita, including Drake's Fortune, Among Thieves, and Drake's Deception. All three games are set to run at 60fps and 1080p, a huge upgrade from the games' former resolution of 30fps and 720p.

The only thing (besides the Vita game) missing from the bundle is multiplayer mode. To make up for it, the bundle comes with a beta invite for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End's multiplayer mode, which begins in December, well ahead of the game's release.

The reviews for the collection are out and they are as follows:

  • IGN – 9
  • God is a Geek – 10
  • USgamer – 4.5/5
  • EGM – 8.5
  • Digital Spy – 4/5
  • GameSpot – 8
  • Videogamer – 7
  • The Jimquisition – 8
  • Metro – 8
  • GamesRadar+ – 4/5
