$309 Xbox One Deal Appears as New Bundle Arriving for Pre-Order

October 1, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Rise of Tomb Raider and other Xbox One holiday bundles now on sale.

This week Microsoft is unveiling five new Xbox One bundles which will release during the holiday season. This week's earlier reveal of Rise of the Tomb Raider Console Bundle along with the 1TB Holiday Bundle is already available for pre-order before its November 10th release and is selling for $399 at the Microsoft Store.

New bundles:

  • Xbox One Rise of the Tomb Raider 1TB Bundle — $399 at the Microsoft Store
  • Xbox One 1TB Holiday Bundle — $399 at the Microsoft Store
  • Free shipping in the continental US

Older bundle deals:

  • Xbox One Halo Master Chief 500GB Bundle — $309.99 (list $400)
  • Xbox One Madden NFL 16 1TB Bundle — $359.99 (list $399)
  • Xbox One FIFA 16 1TB Bundle + 1 Year EA Access — $359.99 (list $399)

What's included in the new bundle from Microsoft? For starters, there's a free copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition, plus some exclusive DLC bonuses. The full breakdown can be found here.

Also available is the 1TB Holiday Bundle which essentially packs all the recent release greats such as Gears of Wars: Ultimate Edition, Rare Replay, Ori and the Blind Forest, plus a the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection (which is now backwards compatible with Xbox One).

For those interested in some savings, three deals are available via third party retailers. The older Xbox One Halo Master Chief 500GB Bundle is priced at $309.99, while the FIFA 16 1TB and Halo Master Chief 1TB bundles are both at $359.99.

One unique note on the FIFA 16 bundle is that it comes included with 1 years worth of EA Access, a value of $30. This will allow you to play qualified EA titles for free in the "vault" (full list here) – plus guaranteed early access to a number of upcoming titles such as Star Wars: Battlefront and Need for Speed.
