Captain America and Iron Man are set to go head to head in the upcoming third Captain America movie, Captain America: Civil War. We knew that. What we didn't know, before now, is which of the Avengers will be siding with Cap or Iron Man.
Thanks to newly released promotional art for the movie, we now have a conclusive look at who will be siding with each of the main characters in the upcoming war. There's even a couple of surprises in there, but anyone who stayed to watch Ant-Man after the end credits won't be too surprised by some of the inclusions.
The first piece of artwork depicts Iron Man's "pro-registration" side of the war, which includes Iron Man, War Machine, The Vision, Black Panther, and surprisingly Black Widow, who previously teamed up with Captain America in the second movie. I guess they had a falling out.
The second image shows Captain America surrounded by his friends Bucky Barnes (who Captain and Falcon rehabilitated at the end of Ant-Man), Falcon, Falcon's robot, Hawkeye, Ant-Man (who's perched on Hawkeye's shoulder) and former SHIELD agent Sharon Carter.
The pieces of artwork, which was discovered by MrSundayMovies on YouTube, also includes the two teams going head-to-head.
Captain America: Civil War comes out on May 2016 worldwide.
