Kyn is out for the PC. You can pick up the viking-themed action RPG on Steam, GOG and Green Man Gaming now for $19.99.
Two-person indie dev Tangrin, along with indie publisher Versus Evil, today announced the release of Kyn for the PC, a real-time tactical game in which players control a six-member party through a world inspired by Viking mythology.
“Kyn has been a long time coming. We thought we'd be able to complete it in a year – it has taken four and half!” said Victor Legerstee from Tangrin Entertainment. “It was a labor of love spent painstakingly crafting a grand tactical RPG. And it was well worth it. Kyn has turned into a rich RPG we are truly proud of and it will be a great escape for gamers who love to tinker with their heroes, fight tactical battles and solve the occasional brainteasing puzzles.”
Playing much like an action RPG with party elements, Kyn offers a 20-plus hour single-player campaign, all of which was created by a two-person dev team.
