Get A Load Of This Laser Etched LED Video Game Art

July 10, 2015 by Holly Green

Etsy artist TheDailyRobot creates these one of a kind masterpieces from both light and lasers.

The range of artistic mediums found on Etsy can sometimes truly boggle the mind. These stunning pieces of work by TheDailyRobot seem almost ethereal, but they in reality they are made with laser-engraved acrylic, lit up with a series of LED lights. Above is a jaw dropping and vivid rendition of the titular Mask from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, while below are portraits of Samus Aran and Mega Man. Perhaps the best piece however is Mega Man's arm cannon, a glowingly detailed look at the inner workings of the iconic weapon.

If you wish to purchase one of these for your own, the artist is accepting commissions via their Etsy shop, which is also home to their experiments in screenprinting as well. The laser etched LED pieces range from $85 to just over $200. TheDailyRobot can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
