Gran Turismo 7 Find Your Line Trailer Released

January 27, 2022 by Matt Cook

Check out the new trailer here.

Gran Turismo 7 is almost a month away and today Sony released a new trailer for the game that will likely be one of the TV ads for the game too. Check out the new Find Your Line trailer below.

The new trailer for Gran Turismo 7 comes just days after rumors floated around that the game would be delayed. A Gran Turismo 7 media event that was scheduled for January 25 was abruptly canceled. Sony gave no reason for the cancellation and didn’t immediately reschedule it. That combined with the lack of footage for the game thus far had fans concerned that it would be delayed from its March 4 release date. The concerns turned out to be in vain as Sony rescheduled the event for February 3. According to the known leaker, Tom Henderson, Gran Turismo producer and Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi wanted to attend the event in person but was unable to. Hence the move to February 3.

Gran Turismo fans were relieved at the news that the event would be taking place. Not least because it removed fears that the game would be delayed but also because fans are still desperate for any news they can get. Although today’s trailer doesn’t show much new info, there will hopefully be more in-depth videos and trailers as the release date draws closer. It’s rumored that Sony will host a State of Play event in February which would be the perfect time to show more detailed in-game footage for Gran Turismo 7. The Sony event is currently rumored to take place in the middle of February. Horizon Forbidden West will release on February 18. If Sony wants to show that game one last time before it comes out, an event taking place before February 18 would make sense. Remember though, these are still just rumors and speculation. A February event from Sony isn’t guaranteed. Still, Gran Turismo fans will be hoping that one goes ahead.
