Amazon appears to have confirmed the box art for Naughty Dog's Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
While Sony has yet to officially unveil the game's cover, this seems quite feasible, especially as the platform holder has previously revealed this image. The cover art, which is featured below, is fairly standard for most shooters these days and features protagonist Nathan Drake looking quite grim with ruffed hair. While he's notably injured, Drake's face is obscured by shadow.
The game's background is that of the game's jungle setting.
It's rather generic compared to the cover of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves which showed Drake desperately grasping a train which dangled over a cliff.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is set for release in Spring 2016 and we're sure to see more of the game at Sony's E3 press conference. It was recently confirmed that the game's multiplayer is already playable.
