Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is set to feature all of the enhancements the series received with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and then some.
The PC version of the game will feature both adjustable FOV sliders as well as dedicated servers, developer Treyarch has confirmed. Needless to say, the PC version of the game will not be like the previous iterations of the series, which sacrificed the series' quality for the sake of standardization across all the platforms it was released on.
The game's Director of Development confirmed on Twitter that the game will feature what I mentioned in the paragraph above. Check it out:
"BlackOps3 PC will use 100% dedicated servers for all ranked matches. (Same as previous BlackOps PC titles.) This is how we do it." (Link)
"BlackOps3 will ship with an adjustable FOV slider. (Same as previous BlackOps PC titles.)" (Link)
It's unknown whether the game will be capped at 30 or 60 frames per second on the PC, or whether it'll run uncapped on the platform, but the developer says it's "too early" to say anything about that.
