Ubisoft will publish a boxed retail version of Gearbox Software's Homeworld Remastered Collection, with the game set to arrive in stores on May 8th.
The physical version will be exclusively available through GAME in the UK can be pre-ordered for £24.99 now. Currently, Homeworld Remastered is only on sale as a digital product.
If you opt to pick up the retail release you'll get Homeworld and Homeworld 2, both of which have been remastered by Gearbox and boats high-res textures and models, as well as new graphics effects. The original versions of Homeworld and Homeworld 2 are also included, along with the necessary compatibility updates and access to Homeworld Remastered's Steam Multiplayer Beta. Finally, you'll also get a digital art book and digital versions of the remastered soundtracks for both games.
The Collector's Edition is already available in digital form through Amazon. You'll receive a digital download voucher, a replica of Pride of Hiigara Mothership, Revised Historical Briefings and Artwook Book, and Diecast Angel Moon keychain.
