Indie developer Fatshark has put together and released a package of new details on the first of five player character classes in the upcoming Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, an upcoming co-op FPS.
The first of five heroes is a Witch Hunter named Victor Saltzpyre, who's described as both ferocious and unrelenting. He's said to be trained from a young age in the Order of the sIlver Hammer, and is an expert in both ranged and melee combat.
Armed with a host of weaponry, Victor can switch from his pistols to swords in the blink of an eye, and back to pistols again. His greatest strengths are his quickness and agility, which allow him to move around the battlefield while releasing devastating and precise attacks on the hordes of Skaven infesting the game.
The announcement of the chatacter was accompanied by a blog post by the game's developers describing the character. The developers also provided four screenshots to go along with it. Check them out below.
