Microsoft has once again paid presumably millions to secure a lucrative deal with Bethesda Sofworks. The platform holder has secured the rights to the first two downloadable content packs to be released on the Xbox 360 for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
The company announced an exclusivity deal with Bethesda regarding downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Not one, but two DLC packs will be released on Xbox Live exclusively for 30 days after the launch of the packs. The DLC will then release on the PlayStation 3 and PC.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is due for a worldwide release on November 11th, 2011.
