Square Enix is planning to reveal a brand new game from one of its Western studios today, they have announced.
The publisher teased its announcement over Twitter, inviting fans to join Square Enix on Twitch.tv for "a unique 3-day interactive experience from one of our Western studios." There's no word on which Western studio they mean to refer to, which could include Crystal Dynamics, or Eidos Montreal, or IO Interactive.
Given that Crystal Dynamics is working on the already-revealed Rise of the Tomb Raider, chances are that a new Hitman game will be announced by IO Interactive, or Eidos Montreal will reveal a new Deus Ex game. We know for a fact that both a Deus Ex game and a new Hitman game are in development, but neither of them have official titles at this point in time. It's also possible that the new game could be from a completely new IP.
The teaser released by Square Enix features some weird looking device that appears to be some sort of chair, and that the game is called "Project CKP."
We'll just have to wait and see what Project CKP happens to be later today.
