Final Fantasy XIII was a huge flop…outside of Japan, anyway. Yoshinori Kitase and director Motomu Toriyama are no doubt anxious to correct that, which is probably what XIII-2 is all about, and why the both of them decided to give a little narration in this video depicting gorgeous cutscenes and rather standard-fair combat.
Lets just hope that for all the pretty characters and effects and whatnot, the game is a bit more dynamic than simply pressing forward and X for 40 hours.
