Destiny raid Crota's End, the game's toughest challenge, has been completed by a single player who managed the feat without firing a single shot.
Streamer TheHM05 managed his epic run with a Warlock class Guardian using his character's ability to respawn grenades quickly as his only weapon, along with the powerful melee punch and Sunsinger super ability. The raid does require players to use a special sword relic to actually finish off Crota but even so, not using guns is a very impressive achievement.
Crota's End was added in December's The Dark Below expansion and is the most testing activity in the entire game, with enemies levelled at 33 compared to the current player max of 32.
Designed for groups of six veteran players, it's no suprise it's taken TheHM05 three months to successfully complete it. In the process, he made several solo attempts at particular sections of the raid, before doing the ever more challenging Hard Mode.
