Dragon’s Dogma Online Screenshots Depict Open World, Crafting

March 2, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Dragon’s Dogma Online is being released for Japanese audiences later this year.

Dragon’s Dogma was a fantastic role-playing game that managed to slip past the radar of many gamers despite offering an experience on par with triple-A western RPGs.

If you were hoping for a sequel, you’ll have awhile yet to wait as Capcom has not announced the development of any sequels. Instead, the studio has opted to turn Dragon’s Dogma into an MMORPG, set for release in Japan later this year.

To that end, a new host of Dragon’s Dogma Online screenshots have been shared by Capcom, depicting the game’s wide open environments and setting.

If the game does well, we might see a proper sequel to Dragon’s Dogma for the PlayStation 4, but until then, we’ll have to hope that this online game makes it to Western shores.

The game is set for release on the PC, PS3 and PS4.
