New footage of Batman: Arkham Knight depicts the game's rogues gallery of villains who will go up against the caped crusader himself, Batman. Check it out below.
Developed by Rocksteady, the game is being designed specifically for new-gen platforms like the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and will not see release on older platforms, so there's not going to be anything to hold the game back from looking, feeling, and playing as well as it can.
Like its predecessors in the series, the game will feature a wide open environment, this time with Batmobile action for the first time ever. You'll be able to drive your car/tank around the city, taking on drone vehicles (Batman doesn't kill anyone, remember?) and dashing to locations on the road. If that's not your style, you can glide around, too.
Originally due for release last October, the game was since pushed back to June 2, 2015. We expect them to meet the release date this time around.
A previous trailer for the game was given a brief rundown by the official DC Youtube channel. Check that out here.
