Final Fantasy Type-0 HD received a new preview courtesy Famitsu. This time, it is a video showing off Class Zero’s home base, the Vermillion Peristylium.
The Vermillion Peristylium is the capital of the Dominion of Rubrum, the academy for magic that Class Zero attends. It also houses the Vermillion Bird Crystal.
From the front gate, you can get to the fountain plaza, which directly connects to the arena and the airship landing bay. The fountain plaza also directs to the inner entrance, where you can access the other parts of the Peristylium, including the Crystarium, Kazusa’s lab, the Altocrystarium, the backyard, cemetery, refresh room, salon, terrace, chocobo ranch, a room for Arecia, rooms for the Naval General Operation Staff 2nd Division and the Sixth Arms Research Institute, the magic department, and Class Zero’s classroom.
There are also shops with the Orderly, the Sixth Arms Research Institute, and the SPP.
The trailer puts the spotlight on how much the graphics have been improved from the PlayStation Portable original to the PlayStation 4. It also replays some gameplay and cutscenes that we had seen in prior trailers.
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be released will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17, 2015.
