Mortal Kombat X Will Offer More Skin Customization Than MK9

February 11, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Mortal Kombat X will feature plenty of customization in the way of skins.

Mortal Kombat X executive producer Shaun Himmerick announced on Twitter that the upcoming fighting game from NetherRealm will offer tons of options for character costumes—much more so than the previous Mortal Kombat. However, it won’t be on the same level as Injustice: Gods Among Us.

“More skins than MK9. Less than Injustice,” he wrote.

The developer also revealed that High Voltage will be handling the PC port of the upcoming game. The port won’t be developed in-house at NetherRealm.

Mortal Kombat X is out in April for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
