Diablo 3 is a pretty massive game. The game has been out for a considerable amount of time, yet still boasts a very strong user base. These players are about to experience the end of Diablo 3's first season, which means a number of things for the game.
The changes that will be coming to the game as season 2 draws near can be summarized into four areas:
- Season Rollover
- Conquests
- Leaderboards
- Between Seasons
In the Season Rollover section, there will be a number of different changes to each of these facets of Diablo 3:
- Heroes
- Gold
- Paragon Experience
- Blood Shards
- Items
- Artisan Progress and Recipes
- Shared Stash
- Achievements
- Season 1 Rewards
Conquests do not roll over and leaderboards will be wiped in preparation for the next season. Between seasons 1 and 2, you'll have a small window to relax and peer over your new rewards without having to worry about conquering those other players who dare challenge your score.
