Alongside exclusive Street Fighter 5, Ultra Street Fighter 4 is slated for release on PlayStation 4. The game comes to the console on Spring 2015.
Capcom bills this as the ultimate version of the game, as it comes with all previous costume DLC bundled in. An unnamed 1st party Sony studio is helping them with the port. Based on their background, it is mostly likely to be Sony Santa Monica.
Of course, having Ultra come out on the console first may also be an indication that it may take some time before Street Fighter 5 is ready for release. The competitive gaming community should be satisfied with the port keeping the game relevant for at least one more year.
The trailer also talks it up as the official game of the Capcom Cup, which implies that this version may be deemed the official playable version for the event. No word on whether this port will make use of PlayStation 3 arcade joysticks, a sticking point for many fighting game fans. Whoever is working on the port would be smart to make sure that support for older controllers is integrated.
