There are all kinds of great grand strategy games out there. However, most fans would say that the genre thrives mainly on the PC platform. Fortunately, a big heavy hitter is coming to consoles sometime in the future. Crusader Kings 3 was a massive hit when it launched last year. Developed by Paradox Interactive, this title was something that fans would have likely thought would remain on the PC platform. However, that’s not the case as it’s hitting both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
This is a grand strategy game by Paradox, so that should tell you it’s a pretty challenging game. It’s not something you can easily jump into without some guidance. However, fans of the genre will tell you how rewarding this game actually is when you get the hang of things. Regardless of how well you handle the genre, you’ll want to keep tabs on the tutorials along with the different helpful community guides that are available online to offer some tips when playing.
Fortunately, fans won’t find anything cut out from the game. It’s the whole experience that you would receive on the PC platform. The only difference here is the fact that the game will be launching with controller support. You’ll even find some features of the DualSense to be used as well. This is also a game you’ll probably want to keep tabs on since we are waiting on a launch date to come out. Right now, it’s uncertain just when the title will be launching on the console platforms.
