Destiny developer Bungie has released update 1.0.2.3 for the shooter, which raises the difficulty of the Vault of Glass raid in the game.
The final encounter in Vault of Glass has been tweaked as follows:
"Fixed an issue where Atheon was not choosing random targets for teleport through the timestream during the final encounter on the Vault of Glass. Fixed an exploit where Atheon could be forced off his platform."
Bungie has also released a number of fixes for various server related issues in the game and the developer has teased some of the changes which are still on the way, including Exotic Weapon tuning and additional voice communication options for matchmade teammates.
Perhaps the most welcome change will be the ability to hole more bounties at any one time, the maximum current number of active bounties available to a player is five but Bungie has declined to reveal what this will be increased to.
If you're wondering about that pumpkin helmet in the image at the top of this post, all you need to do to get it is visit the postmaster on the Tower and you'll receive a package to unlock it. Hopefully Destiny players can look forward to similar apparel for future holidays beyond Halloween.
There are three helmets in all, and each is available for 30 minutes. You can travel between planets and complete missions with your headgear intact.
