There was something almost hypnotic when playing PowerWash Simulator. The game was a surprise hit and is still heavily enjoyed today. So, if you happen to be a fan of the game, get ready, as PowerWash Simulator 2 was officially announced and is heading our way later this year.
PowerWash Simulator was a casual game, and fans quickly became engrossed in the experience. Players ran their own power wash company and took on various cleaning jobs. The developers behind the game released it back in 2022 and have kept up with support by bringing out new jobs and even crossover locations from franchises like Back to the Future, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Warhammer 40,000, to name a few.
But the development studio is bringing out a full-on sequel to go one step further. Developers announced officially today that the upcoming PowerWash Simulator 2 is said to bring on even more locations that need cleaning. Likewise, there is confirmation that this game will add in multiplayer support. Players can play with a friend online or in split-screen co-op. So now, you can get some extra set of hands for those extra tough jobs.
Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly when the game will be landing in the marketplace. All that is being offered right now is a launch sometime this year. However, while we don’t have a specific release date yet, PowerWash Simulator 2 is confirmed to release on the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
For now, we can continue playing the first game while we wait for FuturLab to prepare the sequel. Otherwise, you can check out the announcement trailer for the upcoming game in the video we have embedded below.
