Wake up, Dragon Age fans. Bioware has just released a new DLC for Dragon Age 2. Titled "Legacy," the new DLC pits Hawke against the dwarves of the Carta who seek his or her blood. The player leaves Kirkwall to venture to an ancient Grey Warden prison to find the source of their attacks and uncover the truth of the Hawke lineage.
The neat thing about the DLC is that it's playable at any point during the original campaign, so you won't have to start a new game or play it as a separate campaign. The game, we're told, will accurately reflect the events that are happening in on-going games without breaking existing progress.
In addition to new content that adds new breeds of darkspawn and a host of equipment you can wear, the DLC is said to fix the way combat spawns occur, to address concerns raised by players in the original campaign.
It's available now for the PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 for 9.99 or its equivalent in 800MS points.
