Firewatch, the game in which you play the role of a solitary fire lookout in the wide-open forests of Wyoming was unveiled at PAX Prime last week. Developed by two of the makers of The Walking Dead series of video games, Firewatch is the debut title from Campo Santo.
The game is described as a “single-player, first-person exploration mystery.”
Leading the team are former Telltale Games staffers Jake Rodkin and Sean Vanaman, both who recently helped direct The Walking Dead, then there's Mark of the Ninja designer Nels Anderson and abstract artist Olly Moss, whose work was used for the Resistance 3 box art, among many other works of art.
The studio revealed a gameplay walkthrough of the story-driven adventure over on their Twitch channel, in a video you can see below.
The game comes out in 2015 on unspecified platforms.
