Basically, for pre-ordering the game (which is being released on November 15th, by the way) you'll get some Spartan armor that'll turn your 360 Avatar into the Master Chief, and apparently some kind of special thing that happens you equip a skull around Covenant Grunts. According to the Microsoft press release it "changes the rules of the game for an explosively humorous experience". Riveting.
