CI Games and Deck 13 have put together a new trailer of their Dark Souls-like action RPG Lords of the Fallen for San Diego Comic-Con, which takes place this weekend.
The trailer stars Harkyn, Lords of the Fallen’s resident badass, and shows his latest exploits in the upcoming game. Check Harkyn out as he performs a variety of actions, takes on giant bosses, and still takes time to seduce a few ladies along the way, God of War style. I wonder whether the game will have quicktime events for the whole seduction thing. If so, cringe.
In addition to showing off the gameplay, the developers also used the trailer as an opportunity to announce a special Limited Edition version that will include the official game soundtrack, Monk’s Decipher DLC which enables players to uncover hidden secrets, and the Demonic Weapons Pack DLC that gives players three additional special weapons to wield in battle. The Limited Edition will be a free upgrade for anyone who pre-orders the game ahead of its release.
Lords of the Fallen is set for release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 28, 2014.
