Skyrim developers Todd Howard, Bruce Nesmith, and Matt Carofano responded to a bunch of fan questions on the developer/publisher's official forums, addressing issues that would probably only concern a PC gamer. The most prominent among them, at least to me, is whether or not the game would have modding tools and overall mod support. The answer to that specific question is of course, yes.
Oblivion and Morrowind were SO amazing because of their ridiculously awesome mod support, and if you are one of the poor souls that only played Oblivion on consoles, you really, really need to experience the game on PC, with mods. The vanilla Oblivion experience is especially just so bland all on its own, and I think the last time I played the game I had something like seventy (70) mods installed.
