Slightly Mad Studios' Project CARS is looking super smooth, and distribution ought to be even smoother when it launches later this year. Bandai Namco has just entered into an agreement with the young British company to serve as the game's worldwide distributor.
The crowd-funded racer is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious entries in the genre. Using an improved version of the physics engine from the well-received Need for Speed: Shift, along with a massive track count and support for both Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus, the game is promising to be a simulation unlike any other.
Project Cars is scheduled for a November 2014 release on PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Windows, and Steam. Enjoy the two new trailers above and below that have accompanied this announcment.
