Titanfall’s Second and Third DLC Map Packs Dated for Release

June 27, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

The release window for Titanfall’s two upcoming DLC packs has been dated.

Titanfall developer Respawn Entertainment has opened up about its development of the game’s second and third DLC packs. Studio co-founder Vince Zampella has provided a launch window for their availability.

In an extensive interview with CVG about the studio’s post-release plans with Titanfall, Zampella stated that the next DLC will come in three months, with the third and final DLC another three months after that, approximately.

This gives us a good idea for when the game’s DLC will be released: September for the 2nd DLC, and December for the third DLC.

Additionally, Zampella stated that the studio is working on free updates. The next one will be adding two new game modes, voice packs, and Titan emblems.

Much like the first DLC map pack, Titanfall: Expedition, Titanfall’s second and third DLC packs are a part of the game’s DLC Season Pass and can be purchased separately. Available for a one-time price of $24.99, the Titanfall Season Pass is available for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC and delivers all three content packs as soon as they become available.
