Grey Box and Yager, the developers of Spec Ops: The Line, have revealed a new teaser trailer for their next game. Introducing Dreadnought, coming 2015.
Dreadnought’s teaser trailer is as epic as it gets. A group of fighters move to intercept an unidentified object entering their airspace, but they weren’t quite ready for how big the dreadnought actually is.
The official Facebook page describes Dreadnought as an aerial armada action game with a scifi theme. You control massive capital ships, just like in the trailer, across competitive and cooperative multiplayer, as well as an episodic single player campaign. The ships will have different classes, subclasses, and progression paths, and will come with dynamic, fully customizable armaments.
The official website indicates the game’s premise: in an era of war and hardship, mercenaries stand to benefit. Fortune favors captains who prove their grit and fortitude and seek out those heavy bounties.
From how it looks, Dreadnought is likely to be a PC release, but perhaps consoles are not completely out of the table. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date when more details arrive. In the meantime, check out the teaser trailer below.
