Watch Dogs is out now on pretty much everything except Wii U and the game takes us to a Chicago controlled by the ctOS surveillance system.
In order to take revenge on those who've wronged him, protagonist Aiden Pearce can hack into other people's personal information and phone calls with data about what NPCs get up to in private appearing as you walk by, you can see one rather interesting and disturbing example in this tweet:
