Take-Two Interactive has several video game studios in their control but arguably the biggest of the bunch would be Rockstar Games. The studio has brought out a few iconic video game titles into the marketplace, but they are mainly known for Grand Theft Auto. It’s the game series that has countless fans worldwide, brings in a ton of revenue and each installment release sees countless controversial news broadcasts.
Naturally, there are going to be fans wondering just where this next big installment for the series will take place, who will be following for the protagonist, and more importantly when we’re able to get our hands on it. Unfortunately, those questions are left unanswered for the time being and you can’t expect Take-Two Interactive’s CEO to take the lead here. The parent company of Rockstar Games will be in the know for this franchise but it’s not one to give out any information ahead of time.
Recently, the CEO of Take-Two Interactive, Strauss Zelnick, spoke during Morgan Stanley’s conference. It’s here that the question came up regarding Grand Theft Auto 6 which is to be expected. However, those that were hoping to learn anything at all about this next chapter for the franchise left with really nothing but the CEO saying that they are leaving the announcement to come from Rockstar Games. For now, it’s purely a waiting game to see just when Rockstar will be making the big reveal.
With that said, Grand Theft Auto V is moving to this latest generation of console platforms. We know that Grand Theft Auto Online is still just as popular and there is a nonstop influx of rumors flooding online when it comes to just what may come out for the next installment. One of the more popular rumors as of late is a female leading protagonist, but again, nothing official has yet to make it out from Rockstar Games.
