Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition is set for release on Tuesday, August 19th for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
Diablo 3 has never before been confirmed for Xbox One while it was also unknown before today that the PS3 and Xbox 360 would be getting the Ultimate Evil Edition.
Players who have Diablo 3 on PS3 or Xbox 360 will be able to transfer their character on their current console or to PS4 or Xbox One. Transfers can only be made between the same console family however, meaning PS3 to PS4 is fine as is Xbox 360 to Xbox One but you won't be able to carry over if you've switched system with the new generation.
All four versions will come with four player same screen co-op and online multiplayer. There's also an Apprentice mode which will boost the power of low level players when fighting with higher level gamers.
Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition will be $60 on PS4 and Xbox One or $40 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Pre-orders come with the Infernal Pauldrons armour, described as being, "Wearable at level 1, these devilishly handsome shoulder plates provide bonuses to Vitality, Life per Second, and Cooldown Reduction, and are primed and ready for transmogrification."
